  • View your next billing date.

Is your subscription status not what you expected?

Check out why isn't my subscription working?

  • There are a number of reasons why your subscription may not be working. Login and navigate to your Profile and select Settings in the menu.
  • Check if the status of your subscription is marked as “active” and that it hasn’t expired.
  • Check that you received a confirmation email from Partmart / PayPal confirming that your subscription payment was successful.
  • If the above items have been confirmed contact the Partmart Help desk by clicking here and we will respond within 24 hours.

Why am I being charged every month?

It sounds like you've subscribed to our casual subscription. This is a service that comes at a monthly rate with payments set up to come out automatically every month.

I thought I was getting a 10% discount?

Most customers choose our annual subscription option. You get a BIG 10% Upfront Discount and a full 12 months access to the world’s largest parts database. Once you have signed up, Partmart will bring the buyers to you.

Why have I been charged twice?

If you notice several charges from Partmart in the same month, it could be due to the following reasons.

  • You have another account with an active subscription.
  • It’s possible to have several Partmart accounts active, for which you will be charged separately
  • Check with your work colleges to see if anyone you know subscribed with your payment details. If you find one, simply contact the Partmart help desk and we will sort it out for you and cancel the one you’re not using.

A payment error

If a regular Partmart payment doesn’t go through, we’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days.

These payment attempts may appear on your statement. Your bank / credit card company place a temporary authorization on the funds, so it might show as deducted from your overall balance but, at this point, no money is actually taken. If we’re unable to process the payment, the pending charge is automatically cancelled and the funds will reappear on your statement.

You can reach out to your bank / credit card Company for more information.

Note: It’s possible to see multiple pending charges if the payment is tried multiple times. Don’t worry! Only one will be processed when successful. The rest will be cancelled and will reappear on your statement.

A change in subscription

If you recently upgraded from a Casual to Business, or from Business to Premium Business account your renewal date will come earlier than usual, possibly in the same month as your previous payment. This is because of the price difference between the two different subscription types. You can see this on your subscription page.

A notification error from your bank or credit card company

Sometimes banks can give duplicate notifications about a single charge, giving the impression you’ve been charged twice. We recommend reaching out to them to double check.

Why am I paying more than before?

Our fees can be subject to change due to market or regional factors, such as inflation or changes in tax. We will always contact you via the email address registered on your account to let you know in advance about any changes to your pricing.

If you don't want to continue your subscription under a new rate, you can cancel any time.

Cancelled but still being charged

If you get a Partmart charge after cancelling your subscription, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Profile page.
  • Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  • If the subscription page shows you're subscription has expired, the account is not being charged. Any charges are likely from another account that's active.
  • If your bank statement shows a charge, please contact the Partmart Help desk so that we can manually cancel it for you. Any payments taken after your subscription end date will be refunded in full to the account associated with your Partmart account.

PayPal troubleshooting

If you're having issues paying with PayPal, here are the key things to check:

  • Make sure the country registered on your PayPal account matches the country set in your Partmart account.
  • Make sure you’ve verified your PayPal account. For more information about this, check out PayPal's help site.

What’s this really small charge on my PayPal account?

After signing up for a Partmart subscription, you may see a small charge ($.01 or similar) on your bank statement.

This is just an authorization charge to confirm the payment method is valid. It’s usually shown as a pending charge on your bank statement, but transactions can also appear as refunds. Some banks may delete them from the account entirely before you’ve even seen it.
